This year, I finally hired my first 2 freelancers: the first one was my podcast manager and the second one was a part time virtual assistant. And if you’ve been following me, you may have seen my Instagram stories that I was terrified to outsource. It was like something I talked about consistently and I was like, I know I need to do it but…… I can’t. It was a few different things holding me back and in hindsight, I've been able to pinpoint what those were.

Ultimately, I know I'm not alone in these feelings and that outsourcing is hard for multiple people.

In today’s episode, I’m joined by Michelle Puccinelli, of Micromarketer, who’s here to make outsourcing much, MUCH less scary for us. Outsourcing can help entrepreneurs gain back valuable time, so tune in as we talk through strategy, overcoming mental blocks and the impact this all has.

In this episode, Outsourcing & The Power of 5 Hours Per Week with Michelle Puccinelli, we cover:

  • How creators can make social media more manageable by outsourcing just a few hours weekly

  • Overcoming the mindset blocks around the idea of outsourcing

  • Identifying the top 3 jobs any business should consider outsourcing immediately

  • Why business owners often fail at marketing their own businesses and how having an external perspective can be beneficial

  • The power of freeing up just an extra five hours a week for entrepreneurs

  • Finding a balance to ensure business operations continue to run smoothly
