Whether you are working full time at your day job or part time hours, I know how hard it is to juggle both your day job and being a content creator. It can be difficult to stay motivated at being a content creator while you are also spending so much of your time and so much of your day using your energy for another job and working for someone else. Especially as a neurodivergent creator, I really struggled with this. It took me a long time to understand what worked for me as far as taking control of my energy, my time and my schedule in order to balance both my day job and pursuing content creation as a career.

If this sounds like you, tune in to this week’s episode to learn how you can find balance between your roles, stay focused and use your energy efficiently. It can be tough, but with a little bit of patience, perseverance, and strategic planning, you can find that right balance for you.

In this episode, How to Balance Content Creation With Your Day Job, I cover:

  • Batch days vs. theme days and how these methods can help you efficiently fit in content creation to your schedule

  • Establishing your content creation work as non-negotiable tasks and the sacrifices that inevitably come with this

  • Setting consistent and back-up boundaries to give yourself a plan of action to avoid burnout as much as possible

  • Sharing your content creation goals with those around you to hold you accountable and focused
